Information about the Report: That guy and another person just kept driving there car around los santos and giving stars to everyone inside the server to kill or to arrest them for no reason. They killed my friend Ahmed Freeman and once he spawned at the Hospital, They came to the hospital to get him again. I drove around the hospital to check what is going on, They later on placed a star on me for no reason, Once I tried to drive the car away, They started to shoot my car. My friend jumped inside the car and they started to chase us around all of los santos until they killed us.
