Server Rules and Punishments
Heavy Offenses
Selling accounts/money or goods
You're not allowed to sell accounts, in-game money or any virtual goods related to the server for out of game currencies. You can however pay a player in-game cash if they're going to donate for you.
Punishment(s):
- In game permanent ban
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Server advertising
We ask that you do not advertise other samp servers on any of our outlets. Advertising other sa-mp servers may result in you getting your account banned.
Punishment(s):
- In game ban (Admin discretion)
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Scamming donations.
Deceiving anyone into paying in-game cash for a donation that you don't fulfill or charge-back. this is not tolerated.
Punishment(s):
- In game permanent ban
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Ban Evading.
Making new accounts on the server while another account is serving an active ban. This is not allowed unless you have permission from an admin.
Punishment(s):
- In game permanent ban (Admin discretion)
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Note: The rule also applies to the forum, you may ban evade on the forums only to make ban appeal.
Hacking
Using any kind 3rd party software to gain an advantage over other players. Do not connect to the server with any hacks installed or you may be subjected to a ban.
Punishment(s):
- In game permanent ban
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Money Farming
Money farming is creating new accounts and paying money to another account, it's detected easily in the logs. Don't do it if you want to play here.
Punishment(s):
- In game ban
- In game permanent ban (If high-level at admin's discretion)
- Account deletion.
Creating new accounts to avoid punishments
You are not allowed to create new accounts to avoid punishments. Creating a new account does not mean you are exempt from our rules, doing it could risk getting all of your accounts banned.

- Community ban (Depending on the extent).
Example: You get prisoned on one of your accounts, then instead of completing the sentence, you create a new account to avoid it.
Note: Creating alternative accounts to break rules instead of a main account is inclusive of this rule.
Altering / Faking Evidence / Screenshot(s)
Manipulating documents to get refunds or others punished is not permitted.

Account sharing/giveaway
The initial owner of an account must the owner for the rest of the account's existence on the server. You may not give away the account or all the items on the account upon quiting, neither may you share it with anyone during your stay on the server.

- Community ban (Admin discretion).
Administration Impersonation
Admin impersonation is not allowed.

Medium Offenses
Selling or trading Custom Mapping (HQ/Islands)
After donating for custom mapping you may not transfer ownership to another player.

- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- Mapping removal
- Fine
- In game ban (If repeated).
Metagaming (MG)
Mixing in character information with out of character information or vise-versa.
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning if player is new
- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Note: Placing a contract on someone without knowing them in-character at all, or not having any in-character reason is also included in this rule.
GK (Gang Kill) (Roleplay Regulation)
You can now kill your family members (roleplayed), he will lose the memory about the family. If an agent who is doing a casefile against a family gets caught & gang killed, he will lose all memory of the gang and investigation, but if the casefile is already posted in the database, that doesn't stop other agents from continuing the case.
Deathmatching (DM)
Attacking / Killing players without an in-character reason is not permitted.

- 40 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Depending on the extent).
Killing after robbing (Roleplay Regulation)
You can now kill your family members (roleplayed), he will lose the memory about the family. If an agent who is doing a casefile against a family gets caught & gang killed, he will lose all memory of the gang and investigation, but if the casefile is already posted in the database, that doesn't stop other agents from continuing the case.
Killing On Sight (KOS)
Killing someone without engaging them in a RP situation, regardless of whether you have a reason or not is not permitted.

- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Tip: Make sure other players are aware of your in character reason if you decide to attack them. If you get falsely accused of DM/KoS, make sure the admins are aware of your reason.
Powergaming (PG)
Roleplaying anything that is unrealistic or impossible is not permitted. Forcing a roleplay situation on another player is not permitted unless that player has lost control in character.

- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Using binds in an RP situation (Roleplay Regulation)
Using binds in an RP situation to gain an advantage over another player is not permitted
Example: Using a bind which types "/me aims their gun at your head" would give you a time advantage, it also creates static roleplay.
Fixing in a car chase (Roleplay Regulation)
(/fix)ing is not allowed when getting chased or chasing another vehicle, it's unrealistic.
Healing/Vesting During A Gunfight (Roleplay Regulation)
Using any feature to heal (gain hit points or armor points) while you are being actively engaged in a gunfight is not permitted. You cannot heal and then later re-enter the same fight.
Revenge Killing (RK)
Killing a player for killing you earlier is not permitted.

- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Example: Dying in a Gang War or LSPD situation (i.e. Bank Robbery) and then coming back to fight.
Avoiding Roleplay
You must comply with any roleplay situation you are engaged in. Do not avoid the situation or do things which are unrealistic.

- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Example: When a cop is detaining you and you have lost in character control, you must comply with that players roleplay.
Note: Using /accept death while engaged in a roleplay situation to prevent further roleplay is also included in this rule.
Unrealistic Behaviour (Non-RP)
Always try to be realistic when roleplay, avoid doing things that are unrealistic.

- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Example: Going around punching vehicles/people randomly, driving into Gas Tanks, Bunny hoping... etc.
Breaking players out of prison (Roleplay Regulation)
There needs to be at least 4 National Guards online in order to to break someone out of prison.
Vehicle surfing (Roleplay Regulation)
Vehicle surfing is not allowed, unless the vehicle supports it.
Cop baiting (Roleplay Regulation)
Provoking police officers and other law enforcement repeatedly to get them to arrest or chase you.
This includes misuse of /call 911.
Unrealistic / Non-RP gear (Roleplay Regulation)
Attaching gear that isn't realistic is not permitted, you may RP wearing costumes.
Illegal advertisement is not permitted (Roleplay Regulation)
Buying/selling illegal items over /ad should be done using code words.
Law enforcement have the right to investigate if it arouses suspicion.
Non-RP Driving / Parking (Roleplay Regulation)
You must drive realisticly at all times while roleplaying, this includes parking.
Example: Speeding on straight roads is normal and cops should take care of it, aswell as going on the wrong lane, but if a player is ramming into poles, buildings, other players/cars without any roleplay effect on him, he should be punished accordingly.
Releasing Secret Information
If you know someone is a Hitman, or if you know someone's Gang gate password, you aren't allowed to go around and release the secret information.

- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Depending on the extent).
Car Ramming/Parking
Intentionally using a car as a weapon repeatedly is not permitted. Hitting a player who runs in-front of your car in the street is not car ramming. It should be treated like any other roleplay situation.

- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Chicken Running
Chicken Running is running unreasonably during a gunfight.

- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Quickswapping/Crackshooting (QS/CS)
QS/CS is using any exploit to speed up the reload time or shooting time of any weapon. Neither of these are permitted unless an admin states otherwise. This also includes avoiding the pump action of a shotgun.
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning if player is new
- Slap or Kick
- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Logging/Tabbing/Crashing to Avoid
Exiting your game or minimizing your game (for an extended period) is not allowed during an active RP situation which you are engaged in.
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning if player is new
- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below
- Fine (Admin discretion)
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion).
Scamming Above Limit
Scamming any player for an amount/items greater than the scamming limit is not permitted. Scamming OOC'ly is not allowed. Gambling is an exception to the scamming rule. If you're dicing and you get scammed, it is to be considered an IC issue. You can choose to pursue the person who scammed you by IC means.
Punishment(s):
- Scamming player level 1-3 isn't allowed.
- Verbal warning if player is new.
- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below.
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- 200% fine of the amount
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Admin discretion)
- Community ban (Admin discretion).
- Level 4+, can be scammed for $20,000 or any item worth $20,000 ( 2,000 Materials, 20g Crack and 40g Pot)
Note: Gambling is an exception to this rule. For example, if you /dice and get scammed, this rule won't help you with the situation.
Robbing Above Limit
Robbing any player for an amount greater than the robbing limit is not permitted.
Punishment(s):
- Robbing player level 1-3 isn't allowed.
- Verbal warning if player is new.
- 30 minutes prison for level 3 and below.
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Fined
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- Ban from the entire community (Admin discretion).
- Level 4+, can be robbed for $100,000. (Materials, weapons, and drugs do not count towards the $100,000 limit)
Scamming/Robbing Newbies
Scamming and/or robbing new players is not permitted. Please do not scam/rob people below level 4. Gambling is an exception to the scamming rule. If you're dicing and you get scammed, it is to be considered an IC issue. You can choose to pursue the person who scammed you by IC means.

- 30 minutes prison + fined (Admin discretion) for level 3 and below

Ninja Jacking
Exploiting the hijack-kill glitch in SA:MP is not permitted.

Heliblading/Carbombing/Planebombing
Using the blades of a helicopter to kill another player on purpose is not permitted. Using the explosion from a damaged vehicle to kill another player is not permitted.

- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Depending on the extent)
Harassing administrator(s)
Please do not harass the administrative team, especially through /report. Sending an administrator who prisoned you messages with vulgarities and insulting slurs is not the proper method of having it appealed.

- Kick (You may be kicked repeatedly)
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (If done repetitively after being warned).
Forcing Sexual Type Of Roleplay
One will always have to acquire permission OOCly if you are roleplaying anything sexually, roleplays such as rape, sexual assault, pedophilia, bestiality, sexual torture, etc. It must be permitted by the party on which its acted upon and with proper OOC consent/permission.

Lying to Administrators
If an admin asks you something, you are expected to respond truthfully.

Example: You tell an admin something and it is later revealed to be a lie.
Running man (Bypassing AFK Kick)
Running/Swimming man is any attempt to circumvent the auto-AFK kicker by holding down certain keys or using any commands.
Punishment(s):
- Kick
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Admin discretion).
Exploiting
Abusing any feature to gain an advantage in-game is not permitted.
Punishment(s):
- Fine/Prison/Admin warning/Temporary ban/Permanent ban/Account deletion or Removal of players assets (Admin discretion).
Example: Like the old animation bug where you could /dance while falling and canceling it would prevent any health loss if you did it just before hitting the ground.
Trolling
Deliberately, or secretly pissing people off (this is a problem if done excessively).
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning
- Kick (Admin discretion)
- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (Admin discretion).
Avoiding Admin Confrontation
Logging off to avoid being confronted or punished for breaking a rule is obviously not permitted. If you need to leave please try to briefly explain before leaving if you can. If you cannot, please be understanding if we suspect that you logged off simply to avoid confrontation or punishment.

- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- In game ban (If continued).
CK (Character Kill) Limitations
You can not transfer anything from your old (CK'd) account to your new account, other than the level.
Forcing a CK (Character Kill) on another player is also not allowed unless both players agree and an admin approves it.

- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- Account deletion, if the player attempted to transfer items/money/goods before CK
- In game ban (Admin discretion).
Factions/Gangs Related Rules
Stacking Charges (Factions)
Law enforcement officers are not permitted to charge (/su) a player for the same crime during the same situation more than once.

- Prison time (Admin discretion)
- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- Faction Kick (Admin/Leader's discretion).
Example: Adding a charge to a player for "Possession of an illegal weapon" and then specifying "Deagle, Sniper" etcetera on each charge.
Attacking/Raiding other Gang's HQ
Gangs and factions can raid the HQ's of gangs if the defending gang has at least 4 members online and you have a valid IC reason. However, you can only hold the HQ for 30 minutes. You do not need admin permission to raid other "Gangs".

- Faction/Gang Kick (Admin/Leader's discretion).
Attacking/Rioting/Taking over Faction HQ without permission
Players/Gangs aren't allowed to take over any Faction HQ (even temporarily) without admin permission.

- Admin warning (Admin discretion)
- Faction/Gang Kick (Admin/Leader's discretion).
Example: You group up with your gang members or friends and attack on LSPD or Riot outside, You have to ask a Faction Moderator first with a good RP reason.
Abuse of Faction Commands
Using any faction feature to gain any sort of advantage is not permitted. (Including Exploiting faction powers).

Rush Taze
Tazing a player while he/she is aiming or shooting at you is not permitted.

Light Offenses
Spamming
Spamming is when you type the same message over and over again in a short period of time, or similiar messages.
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning
- Mute/Kick (Admin discretion)
- Prison time (If repeated)
- Admin warning (If repeated).
Abuse of Newbie Chat (/n)
Using the (/n)ewbie for anything other than its intended purpose (to ask/answer game questions) is not allowed.
Punishment(s):
- Verbal warning
- Newbie mute + fine (Admin discretion).

Players can get unmuted from /n by doing /requestnewbieunmute and they will be fined a certain amount of money as per their level, according to the prices below:
Abuse of Advertisements (/ad)
Advertisements are suppose to be in-character, and making an advertisement that is not consistent with roleplay or is out of character is not permitted. Don't use "Caps" while placing an (/ad)vertisement.
Punishment(s):

- Ad mute + fine (Admin discretion).
Players can get their ad permission granted again by doing /requestadunmute and they will be fined a certain amount of money as per their level, according to the prices below:
Abuse of Report (/report)
Please only use /report to inform administrators about rule breakers or server issues (not scripting issues [see /reportbug]), or to respond to administrators when asked a question.

Abuse of Boombox URL
Any URL played on a boombox that has derogatory/offensive text.
